GOLDEN STARDOM BOOSTS THE CORPORATE IMAGE OF EIGHT BRANDS IN NIGERIA THROUGH FOOTBALL AND EXHIBITION

GOLDEN STARDOM "A Hub of IDEASis set to project the image of eight brands in Nigeria through football and exhibition. These brands include: Firstbank, Numatville Mega City, Tecno Mobile, Sahara Group, Dangote Group, Nigeria Police, Shoprite Nigeria and Pepsi Nigeria. The esteemed companies were selected based on their humanitarian services and positive impact on the economy of Nigeria between October 1st  2016 - October 1st 2017
The event is staged to evaluate the positive impact of these selected brands in Nigeria, as Nigerians decide the Brand of HOPE FOR NIGERIA 2017.
The football competition, tagged ‘NIGERIA'S GOLDEN INDEPENDENCE CUP & EXHIBITION’ is the second out of the three stages of NIGERIA'S GOLDEN ORATOR Project 2017, this tournament is billed to drive the movement of HOPE FOR NIGERIA. During the press conference held at Teslim Balogun Stadium, on October 18th, the stages as listed by Noble Eze Oluchukwu, head of the organizing committee, are: Presentation of Hope for Nigeria, Movement of Hope for Nigeria and Awards of Hope for Nigeria.
Mr. Noble admonished "corporate brands in Nigeria to incorporate football into their corporate social activity, as it’s a swift means of activating their brands and reaching out to their consumers."
Selected as the official ambassador for this movement (corporate football game), is Mr. Sam Sodje, an ex-Super Eagles player, who will synergize with former Super Eagles players, Arise “O” Nigeria team, Investors and Sports Loving Organisations  for a ‘LIFE AFTER SPORTS PROJECT’, which involves scouting for young skilful players in Nigeria, as they stand the chance of being international footballers. This corporate football game serves as precursor of HOPE FOR NIGERIA.
Without doubt, this project is a leverage for corporate brands to extend their humanitarian services to their consumers, as these consumers identify with their choice of brand, for good recommendation and followership. It is a welcomed development, as philanthropic Nigerians support the person that would emerge NIGERIA'S GOLDEN ORATOR, through cash and kind.
Also, this is a golden opportunity for SMEs to sell and exhibit their products at the venue of the football game, while multinationals activate their brands through this golden idea initiated by NOBLE & GOLD Integrated Services Limited.
NIGERIA'S GOLDEN SPEAKERS OF HOPE, representing twenty sectors in Nigeria, will be at the "SPEAKERS LOUNGE" for MENTORSHIP, TRAININGS, SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, POLISH & EXECUTION of Golden Business Ideas from highly Intellectual Nigerians.
Already, four brands have qualified to play at the semi-finals, scheduled to hold on 28th November 2017at AGEGE STADIUM, with many other activities scheduled for the day.
The event leads to the Awards of HOPE FOR NIGERIA, which is scheduled for 15th December 2017at FOURPOINT HOTELS and will be attended by delegates from participating brands, Nigeria's Golden Speakers of Hope and invited dignitaries.
Bola Kougbe, a member of the committee, stated that next year’s edition will feature more brands from other sectors in Nigeria. “This is an initiative that gives opportunities to not just corporate brands, it also gives opportunity to the masses to express their opinion of the Nigerian economy. We believe that things will get better and the economy of Nigeria will in the nearest future meet up with international standards, which is why next year's edition will be bigger as more brands from various sectors of Nigeria will be participating.

We believe that there is #hopefornigeria,” she said.
